Peter went to Brasil to work & surf holiday
Our founder Peter traveled to Brazil in the middle of summer, to the cradle of our goodness. If we want to offer the best Açaico, it is necessary to control the harvesting and processing. And that's the Peters mission. He used to say: "It is very important that we have the ability to control everything personally. That makes Açaico our premium quality." Peter flew there via Lisbon, but at the last minute airline changed flights. "They changed it all, we flew about 15 hours longer - through the whole Brazil., But never mind, our gang had a good mood ..." Rotterdam tried Açaico and they do like it
Our little Zuzka was the last weekend of June in Rotterdam, the Netherlands in the Heineken Jazz Fest, where we had our own Açaico booth. We taught Dutch colleagues, how to prepare Açaico and they showed how skillful they are and Açaico is running the North Europe like hot cakes. We found out that even dogs like that taste of Açaico. We were very pleased with the domestic small bunch of guys who were watching the football World Cup enjoying our ice lollies. We ran the PLMA in Holland!
So we're at home. Where were we? In Amsterdam! We have been catering to a large exhibition entitled PLMA. Right at the beginning we must say that the show was an amazing and we did pretty good. Our party contained Peter, Jacob, Zuzka and beautiful hostesses Peťa, Natalia and another Peťa and we enjoyed Amsterdam all together. But the main work. We presented Açaico products, Mooo! and 30 seconds in fruit heaven. Domestic but also foreign visitors of the exhibition taste not only our delicious snacks, but also women's part. We open the 1st Açaico fresh bar on the Earth
So here it is, our Açaico fresh bar is open! We were looking forward, we finally have the place, which represents us and where we can offer you all Açaico goodness. Last week we had the official grand opening, which brought together a number of familiar faces, friends, co-workers and a great atmosphere, when we cut the red tape :) We fully enjoy the evening, our buddies from the group Abadá Capoeira, samba dancers and a brilliant DJ but especially all people. Vacation tip: Portugal part II.
Okay, so today I ll kite the Guincho, a wind will blow about 10 m, waves will be about 2 m high, nearly ideal for starting Off. Guincho is next to the hills. From ordinary summer 5bft increase to the 7 and 8, sometimes it is a decent massacre. I plan the next days, I am supremely impatient. My prediction speaks of calm windless tomorrow and that I prefer at this point. I spent the last 15 years a lot of time sitting around in the other places and waiting for the wind. Portugal gives me more. Incredible sport weather conditions and for every level of riding. Portugal, the best sport destination for holiday, in my opinion for everything. Do you surf? Do you want to start? Read more. If not, continue anyway, I will describe the country in other respects. I sit on the plane and head west direction, I have only a couple of hours left. Blue ocean, beautiful waves, beautiful nature, wind, fantastic food and the idea that one day I will live there. All of this has been waiting for an hour twenty, I have almost half of the flight slowly behind. Trip to Brasil or How to bring the healthiest fruit to your table
We had a long, difficult but sunny and wonderful trip to Brazil. What did we do there?
